THESE ARE OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Returns - Credits sought for returned goods are at the Sellers discretion. No parts are to be returned prior to a return authorization being issued. Please call or email for one to be issued. Goods must be returned within 7 days after receipt. Goods must be in original condition and in original packaging. Electrical Items are non returnable. Any painted parts cannot be returned. Indent items are not returnable. A 30% restocking fee applies for any order where the parts were correctly supplied but you no longer require them. Ownership of goods remains with the vendor until payment for the Goods and Services is made in full. Warranty is 6 months / 5000km.

Vendor is not responsible for damage to parts when fitted by an unqualified tradesperson. All panel parts should be test fitted before painting. The vendors liability for any defect in goods is limited to the purchase price of the goods. If returned the vendor may at its direction repair or replace the goods or refund the purchase price.

Any claim for freight damage must be advised within 1 business day after delivery is received. Where you use your own courier to pickup we take no responsibility if you have a damage claim.
